Bryce Hollweg
President, Future Tech Veteran Solutions
Bryce Hollweg is the President of Future Tech Veteran Solutions, where he leverages more than two decades of leadership experience across the U.S. military, professional sports, hospitality, and technology sectors to guide the company’s mission of delivering secure, innovative IT solutions to federal systems integrators and government agencies.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Bryce earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and captained the Army West Point NCAA Division I Hockey Team. He went on to serve 10 years as a U.S. Army Officer, with assignments in Belgium, Germany, Afghanistan, and South Korea. His military service culminated in his role as Professor of Military Science and Leadership at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, where he developed and mentored future Army leaders.
Following his military career, Bryce transitioned into executive leadership roles spanning technology, operations, and hospitality management. He served as COO of the Florida Panthers and Sunrise Sports & Entertainment, overseeing arena operations, facilities management, government relations, technology, and the performance of key business units including live entertainment, hospitality, and practice facilities. He also led large-scale hospitality and franchise operations as Vice President & Managing Director at PH Restaurants LP – Aquilini Group, and provided strategic technology leadership as Director of IT for Canucks Sports & Entertainment(CSE). He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of CJS Global, a global operations and hospitality services provider.
Bryce holds a Master of Arts in Information Technology Management from Webster University and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. His career reflects a consistent theme: combining the discipline and mission focus of military service with the innovation and operational excellence required to succeed in complex, high-stakes environments.
